PEGASUS REPORTERS, LAGOS | DECEMBER 10, 2022
The chairman of the PDP presidential campaign council in Rivers’ State Senator, Lee Maeba was attacked by unidentified gunmen on Thursday morning, December 8.
The attackers reportedly came from a nearby street, shot sporadically at the entrance and made their way into the compound of the former senator.
Neither the PDP, Rivers’ State government under Nyesom Wike, Atiku Abubakar, nor the police has commented on the attack.
There has been no official statement on the matter from either governor Nyesom Wike or Atiku as at the time of going to press.
