A petition signed by 12 members of the US Senate threatening to punish the International Criminal Court, ICC, has been revealed.
In an exclusive letter seen by Pegasus Reporters, dated 24, April 2024 and signed by 12 US senators, the ICC was warned that the United States of America will not stand by and watch while the body “is attempting to punish Israel for taking legitimate actions of self-defense against their (Palestinians) Iranian backed aggressors.
It continued: “Issuing arrest warrant for the leaders of Israel would not only be unjustified, but it will also expose your organization’s hypocrisy and double standards.
It also reminded the ICC that “neither Israel nor the United States are members of the ICC and therefore outside of your organization’s supposed jurisdiction.”
The letter by the US senate also warned the ICC that any attempt to issue a warrant for the arrest of the leaders of Israel will with not only be taking as a threat to Israel but the sovereignty of the United State of America.
Reacting, the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in the Hague responded as below:
It will be recalled that the Republic of South Africa and other watchers of the war on Gaza have call on the ICC to investigate war crimes against Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu for genocide in Palestine.

This is another test on UN agency ICC It is time that UN is divested from ethnic and colour infiltration but justice, equity and fairness.
