The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has directed that all the Sewage Manhole Covers on Abuja highways that were removed by vandals be replaced immediately to avoid accidents on the highways.
A video report by the spokesman for the minister, Lere Olayinka in a short video shared online showed workers of the FCT working to repair the damage.
The statement also stated by Tuesday, the replacement of all 14 Manhole Covers will be concluded.
It will be recalled that earlier on Sunday, a concerned Nigerian posted online a video of the vandalization of the 14 manholes in the city.
