Our own Comrade Dr Jimmy Imo, who didn’t hide his feeling on receiving the delegation of the Civil Society Organisation and Pro-Democracy Movement led by its Secretary, Comrade AWA Bamiji and assisted by another important Leader of the Group Comrade Solomon Sobade was dressed in white apparel. Looking very quiet and gentle in nature despite his societal influence which always speaks volume louder than Jimmy Imo’s official public appearance. An important colour he added to the occasion was the noticeable publicity in town for this joint burial. These including the erection of a massive billboard at a major Ohu Ahiara Junctions, Mbaise, Imo State, in memory of his parent’s with signages leading to his beautiful mansion.

Jimmy Imo, a Knight at Saint Anne’s Church whose daddy, died at 92, recalled how he mobilised him and other siblings to donate a bus to the Holy Trinity Church according to one of the glowing tributes during yesterday’s wake keep while the late wife and mother, Agnes Chinyere, who passed on in March at age of 83, was an Amazon in both the church and the community. It will be recalled that the hardworking daddy, Samuel Sunday, died last month from depression as a result of the unexpected death of his caring lovely wife
